Kim Pinaire is the President Engraft.  Engraft is a nine year old organization with 4 divisions; Engraft Consulting, Engraft.Net web hosting & design, Engraft Charities which provides free career training for single parents, and The Bridge Solution which provides Online Public Relations and Marketing services.

Engraft customers include The Coca-Cola Company, Comp USA, MCI, Mobil Oil, the State of Texas, National Semiconductor, EDS, Citizens Utilities and Martin News.

Kim is passionate about helping businesses succeed.  Kim was hand selected by the State of Texas to analyze their computer systems and processes for 256 counties, and their state internal systems as well as design a web application able to process $1 billion in revenues annually. Kim designed a custom system for Comp USA that has saved the company $10 million dollars a year, and managed a large remediation project for the billion dollar retailer, Finley Enterprises.
